This learning team environment is different than the isolation of taking a course online motivated only by your own willpower and discipline. The success rate for adult learners in a team learning environment is significantly higher than adult learners who move forward without the support of a cohort.

Students begin and end the program together in a "cohort" or learning team. This creates a supportive and enjoyable learning environment of like-minded learners in similar positions - balancing busy life schedules at home and work. Your classroom colleagues will become a close knit group of friends who you will learn from and learn with. And after your degree, they become a critical part of your professional network.
